Its owner, Jeff Fulford, is no stranger to working with aluminum composite and knew that its lightweight and malleable properties would make it the ideal material for Groundplay\u2019s envisioned design.<\/p>\n<p>Fulford states that, \u201cDibond is very easy to use and manipulate. It\u2019s great for difficult projects because you can fold it to create a variety of shapes and seamless designs.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.hvggraphics.com.au\/case-studies\/dibond-at-mt-gambier-library\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">HVG Graphics<\/a>, the Dibond supplier, explains, \u201c\u2026the finished product contains a variety of letters and numerals, which provided an opportunity for Dibond\u2019s flexible properties to come to the fore.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, HVG notes that the adhesion properties of the material make it very receptive to over painting, often producing a cost effective alternative to competitive products.<\/p>\n<p>Gregg Mitchell of Groundplay, in an explanation of the design, talks about wanting to reflect communication, information, and language without being overly explicit.
