\"AstraZeneca,
\nCommissioned by global pharmaceutical company AstraZeneca, Parker Design Consultants<\/a> and Spiral Colour<\/a> created a beautiful and long-lasting bespoke signage interior display. <\/p>\n

The bespoke signage, featured in AstraZeneca\u2019s Alderley Park reception area, was designed to showcase the company\u2019s legacy and the 25 products they\u2019ve patented. The patented medicines were made into hexagonal plaques, uniquely printed with their name and information onto brushed Dibond aluminum composite material.<\/p>\n

Spiral Colour explains, \u201cThe job at hand was a challenge to our team as each sign had to be placed completely flat, exactly 25mm away from the surface of an uneven brick wall.\u201d This required a unique approach to ensure accuracy. Prompting the designers at Spiral to create a wall template printed on a PVC banner that served as a \u201cguideline\u201d for the approximate placement of each plaque.<\/p>\n

The experts at Spiral further describe, \u201cParker Design came to us with the design for the whole wall and we recommended that the patented signs be made from Dibond material\u2026Dibond is a very long lasting material and is printed on our UV press to give longer life to the printed graphics.\u201d<\/p>\n

The hexagonal shaped panels were inspired by the molecular chains of the biological and pharmaceutical achievements of the group. The wall is intended to not only serve as a legacy wall but an inspiration wall as well, \u201c\u2026inspiring future generations of scientists,\u201d representatives at Parker Design explain.<\/p>\n

Parker Design further describes, \u201cHaving worked with AstraZeneca for over 20 years, they trusted us with a blank canvas \u2013 a wall in their flagship building reception. Strategically positioned, the design would be seen by the thousands of staff and visitors that walk through the area every year. We ensured the design had a prestigious feel, to match the message and intentions of our client\u2019s commission.\u201d<\/p>\n

Parker Design Consultants and Spiral Colour have a long history of successful collaborations, often utilizing Dibond aluminum composite in their temporary signage<\/a> and hoarding<\/a> strategies.<\/p>\n
