As the one and only rigid substrate in its category, uniquely constructed Gatorfoam allows designers and fabricators to create high-performing graphic displays and signage \u2013 for installation both indoors and out \u2013 through both direct digital printing and screen printing.<\/p>\n

Gatorfoam consists of polystyrene foam bonded between two layers of Luxcell\u00ae, a sturdy wood-fiber veneer laminate impregnated with a proprietary resin system. Gatorfoam<\/strong> is available in several combinations of white and black facers and white or black foam as well as natural facers with white foam. Gatorfoam is available in seven standard thicknesses ranging from 3\/16 inches to 2 inches and in 48-inch by 96-inch, 60-inch by 96-inch and 60-inch by 120-inch sheets.<\/p>\n

Gatorfoam featuring new Bright White facers is the brightest board of its kind, producing vibrant colors in both digital-printing and screen-printing applications. Gatorfoam is an ideal substrate for creating both interior and exterior signage, point-of-purchase displays, exhibits and kiosks.<\/p>\n

Gatorfoam Exterior<\/strong> \u2013 available in the 1-inch, 1.5-inch and 2-inch thicknesses \u2013 is manufactured with a specially formulated adhesive that improves both bond strength and moisture resistance in exterior signage and displays.
