Working for London-based Hawkins and Brown Architects, then computational design studio <a href=\"http:\/\/supermanoeuvre.com\/demonstration-stand\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Supermanoeuvre<\/a> and Sydney-based architectural consultancy AR-MA (Architectural Research &amp;Material Applications.) Additionally, Bamborough has a special interest in sound with allows him to produce electronic music and DJ in his spare time.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The impressive award-winning and uniquely well-rounded designer, developed a series of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.behance.net\/gallery\/16749379\/Plane-to-See\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">demonstration stands<\/a> for lighting <a href=\"http:\/\/organicresponse.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Organic Response<\/a>. According to Bamborough, \u201cThe brief was to create a foldable and transportable stand that could house a standard luminaire, and exhibit the ability of the Organic Response Sensor Node.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Working with Supermanoeuvre, they created a unique approach that ultimately used origami folds, for easy transportation, and a Russian doll inspired storage capability.<\/p>\n<p>Computer generated in Rhino 3D, the stands were CNC fabricated using 3mm Dibond aluminum composite panels.
