The Fome-Cor® ValuBoard™ line – designed for creating high-quality yet cost-effective displays – has been expanded with new White ValuBoard sheets as a fresh, clean-looking decorating option. White ValuBoard features white extruded polystyrene foam sandwiched between two white non-coated kraft liners.
ValuBoard offers a smooth surface for decorating – including mounting and laminating applications – with no unsightly flutes to show through such as those experienced with corrugated cardboard displays.
“ValuBoard is an economic alternative to corrugated cardboard that can produce a higher-quality look in mounted and laminated displays because it resists warp longer,” said Brandon Wyatt, marketing manager, 3A Composites USA. “And, just like Fome-Cor board, ValuBoard can be finished with die-cutting and embossing effects as well as with crimped edges to produce three-dimensional effects. We’re pleased to provide White ValuBoard as a fresh, clean-looking decorating option in this cost-effective rigid substrate line.”
ValuBoard is recommended for creating short-term point-of-purchase displays, exhibits and kiosks, and interior signage as well as for long-term framing applications. It can be fabricated with mounting/laminating, knife-cutting, die-cutting/punching and embossing techniques.
ValuBoard now is available with white kraft liners/white foam as well as natural kraft liners/white foam and natural kraft liners/black foam in the 3/16-inch thickness and standard 48-inch by 96-inch sheets. Additionally, all ValuBoard color options are available as custom cut-to-size orders.
