Our Commitment to Environmental Stewardship

At 3A Composites USA, we recognize the impact human actions have on environmental and societal health and acknowledge our responsibility as a company and manufacturer to use natural resources in a manner that allows for the sustainment of future generations.

We are committed to continual enhancements of our sustainable practices. To aid in these efforts, each 3A Composites USA manufacturing facility is Compliant to ISO 45001 Management Systems for Occupational Health and Safety and Certified in Accordance with ISO 14001 Environmental Management System. Other efforts have been implemented to minimize energy and water consumption, as well as reduce material waste in pursuit of more efficient production and operation processes, significantly reducing carbon dioxide emissions on a continual basis. To enhance the communication platform across internal and external partners, and proactively direct and analyze initiatives to improve our ecological footprint, the 3AC Sustainability Committee was established in August 2021.

Our mission of protecting people and the environment is achieved in the following ways:

Comply with applicable EHS legal and other requirements to which the organization subscribes that relate to EHS hazards/aspects and fulfill compliance obligations.
Include the consideration of health, safety, and environmental issues in all business strategies and initiatives, from top leadership through the management team and all support functions.
Prevent pollution, reduce waste, and minimize the consumption of resources.
Develop site-specific annual objectives for EHS improvements that support these goals, policies, and statements.
Consider the wider global impact of all our activities, including those of our suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.
Educate, train, and motivate employees to carry out tasks in an environmentally responsible manner, and ensure that a continuous professional development strategy remains core to our business goals.
Encourage environmental protection among suppliers and subcontractors.
Investigate the feasibility of influencing its suppliers, customers, and third parties with consideration to life cycle impacts of their aspects and activities.

3A Composites senior management is committed to the safety of all its employees and to the protection of the environment and will endeavor to influence its suppliers and customers in a similar strategic environmental manner. As part of this commitment, 3A Composites USA, Inc. actively supports the performance and continual improvement of our Integrated Management System. This Policy will be communicated to all persons working under the control of the organization. It will be reviewed periodically and made available to interested parties through selected media.
