At 3A Composites USA, we recognize the impact human actions have on environmental and societal health and acknowledge our responsibility as a company and manufacturer to use natural resources in a manner that allows for the sustainment of future generations.
We are committed to continual enhancements of our sustainable practices. To aid in these efforts, each 3A Composites USA manufacturing facility is Compliant to ISO 45001 Management Systems for Occupational Health and Safety and Certified in Accordance with ISO 14001 Environmental Management System. Other efforts have been implemented to minimize energy and water consumption, as well as reduce material waste in pursuit of more efficient production and operation processes, significantly reducing carbon dioxide emissions on a continual basis. To enhance the communication platform across internal and external partners, and proactively direct and analyze initiatives to improve our ecological footprint, the 3AC Sustainability Committee was established in August 2021.

Our graphic display products are made from light and durable materials to best present a company's desired messaging. During the material production process of SINTRA®, GATOR®, and FOME-COR®, we reclaim material scrap from production for re-entry into the manufacturing process to reduce landfill waste and reduce the consumption of virgin grade raw materials. The DISPA product line is a comparable alternative to our plastic-based display products. DISPA is a 100% recyclable paper board made using papers from suppliers that have a Forest Management Certification and operate according to standards designed to improve the sustainability practices of forestry.
The Industry and Transport division provides lightweight composites for the transportation, marine, & furniture sectors as well as the general construction market. Using lightweight materials reduces carbon dioxide emissions due to efficient fuel consumption. During the production process of many of our products, we capture and regrind scrap material for production reentry to decrease landfill waste and reduce the input of virgin grade raw materials. For several of our wood-based products, we endeavor to practice sustainable sourcing of raw materials and offer Forest Stewardship Council® Certified materials upon request (FSC®-C074317), as well as GREENGUARD Gold Certified products.
