CrossFit, one of the nation’s fastest growing fitness empires, has expanded in the Seattle area in a fun addition for children. Sonic CrossFit Kids is a new business start up dedicated to kids and teens in a greater Seattle business district. The company sought the assistance of signage specialists, RainMaker Signs, to achieve awareness, among other things, in this highly trafficked area.

The team at RainMaker additionally sought to, “…generate awareness, help clients find the new kids CrossFit gym, and create a fun, kid-friendly Sonic CrossFit Kids branded environment to support a great client experience.”

The team at RainMaker fabricated and installed the exterior signage for the gym. The 48”x48” custom printed graphics were laminated and applied to Dibond aluminum composite. The team explains, “Dibond is the perfect lightweight outdoor substrate, waterproof and able to hold up to the wet Seattle elements for years to come.”

The team also produced a custom, over-sized A-board, 28” x 48”, used to additionally grab attention on the busy street. The A-board also serves as the gym’s wayfinding, with a directional arrow, pointing visitors to the gym.

For the interior, the team utilized a custom graphic that expands 10 feet. The “Here Comes the BOOM!” graphic features the gym’s signature colors and was applied to the interior wall to “add energy and excitement to the physical space,” further explains the team.
